It's basically fine, though some parts are a bit awkward. Maybe you could update it a bit, with something like this:

This show was recorded Live at the Roxy Theater in West Hollywood, California and features guest performances by Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins during "Down in a Hole," Screaming Trees' Mark Lanegan during "Rooster," alongside former Guns N' Roses guitarist Duff McKagen, who also fills in on guitar during four other songs.
