I'm having trouble with Pochette Express. How do you print DVD covers? Every time I select DVD from the pop-down menu and load the cover, it squeezes the whole cover onto the front. Any help?

If anyone's looking for a good paper type, I just bought 100 sheets of Kodak Premium Photo paper - the gloss type. It is really awesome paper...not very expensive either.

I gave up on Pochette and I'm using CoverXP. Works fine so far.

I just use Word and make sure the page setup is set for legal size and the image size that fits the covers best for me is 7.2" x 10.75".

Print straight out of Photoshop. If you do double sided remember to use bleed of 3mm. If your art gets resized by a program it probably means it is the wrong size and/or resolution

Do you mean the weight of the paper? I use a generic brand of high gloss photo paper. Here's what the box says:

8.5 x 11 inches
225 gsm - 9 mil
96 bright
Prints up to 2880 DPI

225 gsm, that's quite thick, right? given the standard copy/print paper is 80 gsm
