Metallica has a ton. Theres a lot of Nirvana ones out there. Of course jam bands (DMB, Grateful Dead, Phish, etc) have an enormous amount. Theres bootlegs for a lot of bands, you just need to know where to look

Led Zep, Genesis, Yes, Pink Floyd are other bands where you'll find live recordings in vast multitudes.
