Someone sent me screenshots for the audience version (although I guess there are two audience sources available), and I'm downloading the pro-shot version now. The cover will be up as soon as the download is finished.

I don't know if the pro-shot version was aired on television, but there was a webcast of it, which is where I got my screenshots from. I found a .avi torrent on Mininova, although it took awhile to download. I'd send it to you, but I already deleted it (I don't like any songs from their new album).
