The correct size for NTSC menus is 720 x 480 pixels. 720 x 576 is for PAL format.

True, my fault... corrected versions are up in the gallery.

This happened because DVD-lab, the authoring program Michael uses, needs menu files that are 720 x 540, no matter if the project is a PAL or an NTSC DVD. If you import other sizes, they get resized which fucks up the aspect ratio. I will pay attention next time I fill a menu request here...
