That's because I deleted them when I fixed my spelling errors, so the links above don't work. Here is the link to the booklet, you can get to it and the rest of the cover parts form there. I didn't see spawn's post about the comma after the USA, so I will fix that later tonight:

They're uploading, should be done in a few minutes. That cover uses the new 150 DPI templates, I suggest all cover artists download it. It has hidden guideline layers and such.

They're available in the PSD Gallery for cover artists. Just login to the FTP server and you'll find them in the audio section under G.
