I been tryin' to upload the cover but can't

I followed these steps. But anyway, I could not do it

I will leave cover here that I wanted to share and I desire that somebody else can do it of the correct way

Regular members aren't allowed to upload covers anymore (due to bandwidth/space issues as well as some people uploading covers that they didn't make themselves and the poeple who made them wanted them off the site), but if you make covers yourself I can make you a Cover Artist and you'll be able to upload your covers.
