I'm using Firefox as well and the links don't work. I get this error:

date and venue i am unsure of, but December 9th 06 is the only date i could find anywhere, as for the venue, im guessing by what everwhere says, is that its at the MTV studio (not sure which one but)

the setlist is on the back cover
