Each file must be below 8 MBs, but also uploading all the files together must not take longer than is allowed for a PHP script to execute, so it's probably timing out. Try uploading the cover piece by piece, or a couple pieces at a time. If that's not the problem, make sure your cover is in RGB mode and not CMYK, and that you're uploading JPG files.

I use Paint.NET, which always uses RGBA. Does the site support RGBA?
If it doesn't, I can ask my friend to convert it to RGB with Photoshop, but I want to be able to convert it myself. I can't ask him to convert it every time I make a cover. <_<

I'll give you the covers anyway:

I think the problem is simply that your sizes are far too large. The script's memory limit is being eaten up with the large number of pixels. Some info on that issue here: http://www.boutell.c...es_with_gd.html

In fact, your covers are unnecessarily large--a 300 DPI cover is smaller, and that's professional quality. You should make covers at 150 DPI, 200 DPI, or 300 DPI. 300 DPI has professional print quality, but large filesizes. 150 is more economical in terms of space and bandwidth. Lately, I've been using 200 DPI, as it's a good compromise.

Anyway, I would suggest you resize the cover to 300 DPI, then resave and upload. Here are the sizes for 300 DPI:

Booklet: 2850 x 1425
CD: 1350 x 1350
Inlay: 1763 x 1388
Back: 1763 x 1388
