Was there anything particular you wanted to specify for this track? It has an asterisk after it.
The cover is finished (as well as for the audience version), just need to know that last little detail.

Done, enjoy. 
For the audience version, I couldn't fit the text on the spine so it's underneath the Track list on the back cover and inside of the booklet, and the covers are different colors to indicate different sources. They basically look identical to the ESU covers, except the credits are for BCA instead of ESU.
