Born - 1970:

I remember buying Quiet Riot's Metal health cassette and being blown away by it. I started buying hard/hair metal cassettes all through the 80's and being "normal". My best friend bought all kinds of harder stuff like Metallica & Anthrax & Iron maiden. Basically between the two of us we had quite a collection. We are still listening to the old stuff. It sounds just as good today as it did 20+ years ago.
I had a younger cousin Jason who was given all kinds of crappy stuff like Madonna & Michael jackson, by our aunt. She thought it was nice music for a young boy. Gees can you believe this stuff? He used to come over to my place and listen to some real music. man he wasn't long getting into it. He went crazy for AC/DC, Krokus & others stuff. To this day he's still hooked.

Paul
