can someone please tell me the proper way to ask to setup to do a trade cause i have sent out countless emails to people and haven't received a single response yet is there something i am doing wrong or does everyone just hate me. here is a copy of the email i have sent out.
If you ask me it seems pretty nice and proper like. if someone sent me that email I would be semi interested and if i wasn't I would at least respond and say no I am not interested. I haven't gotten a single response out of the (at least)15 people i have contacted. some are even regulars on here and have made new posts since i attempted to contact them but yet they cant take the 1 minute it takes to say 'no i am not interested" or "not now i am too busy maybe later". if anyone has any advice please let me know cause this is really starting to bother me.

That sounds like a proper way to set up a trade to me. It is strange that no one will answer you, especially if they are members here too. Maybe you should go to metpage.org and after introducing yourself in the top forum, set up a thread in the other band section with the shows/bands you are looking for. A lot of the guys there have tons of "other bands" bootlegs.

If you have a small list, chances are you wont get a reply. Also a lot of people have just stopped trading but theyre sites are still there etc.

if they are members here, why not just PMing them, they probably don't check their emails or something like that

i have sent a few PM's but no luck . atleast i know that i am doing it right thanks . i did just get a response from someone i just hope that it ends up being a completed trade . thank you for the advice i will check out mtepage tonight after work

Hey hokkah, if you are kinda new to the trading world, the best place to trade any type of bands, specially the ones that I see you like, go to Metal Devastation There are a lot of very nice people there, and there are a lot of vines that you can join. Just read the rules, they have many, but nothing complicated.

Also, lots of people visit it and I remember seeing some people even doing B&Ps. Great site.

I hate people who don't answer emails even if they're not interested in anything, I always answer.

Did you check the option to track the message? If so, did the person opened your message?

this is a hard one. like others said i know lots of ppl who are just rude as fuck and wont answer if they dont have the time to look at your list or if they dont want anything. also a lot of traders i know only deal with like the same 10 people, a lot of this is b/c trying someone new is always a risk. i know i've been more than pissed a few times, particularly at euros not having the slightest clue of the differance b/t region and PAL/NTSC. i know i only deal outside my mail core of traders for something very interesting. but i always answer every email I get just to be polite

also ppl with larger collections rarely waste time on small traders. personally i dont like doing less than 10 or so discs.

i checked out your list, although it appears you are fairly new its not like you got 10 shows or anything.

one thing i know i rarely trade w/o knowing is the source generation of a show. mainly cause now that all videos are traded on DVD, whats the point of getting something you will just have to upgrade. so if you know the source definatly that is something you should list. if you dont indicate low, medium, or high

i have that zombie show off the master if you want it i could help you out. i've been lookin for the sepultura 1994 Italy show you have.

also have white zombie 1996 rio pro-shot off 1st gen and rob zombie utica, ny 2002 off master.
