The second versions are much better. The first cover is now better balanced in terms of colors.
The second cover is also less involved, which is good. The flowers on the first version didn't match the color scheme of the whole image.

The only thing I can add is that there is a lot of negative (empty) space on the first image. If I were you, I'd add something in place of the black background or brighten up the face.

My biggest problem with snail mail trading is the long wait, as well as the occasional duties problems. In other words, if anything goes wrong during a snail mail trade, the price and wait time is doubled instantly.
With an online trade, you can have 10 DVD's uploaded within a little over a week, as well as instant feedback.
